Mo talked about the early days of pro fitness competition, how she actually became a fitness pro (she never did an NPC event), the transition to figure competition, why she’s never won a figure event and her recent visit to see both Kelly Ryan and Craig Titus in jail. Monica also gave details about the numerous  projects she is involved in on the business side of the industry and what keeps her motivated as a top competitor all these years! We also got personal with Flex as he explained why many disliked the “old” Flex when he was competing and how different he is today, what caused the change, his challenges and battles with kidney disease, 9 life threatening surgeries and a near fatal car accident. For those of you who havent checked out the Monica interview do so, and add Tanji to your short list.  Nice Monica didnt have any Kodak moments like the other woman who visited Ryan.  Isaac gets 5 stars for interviewing the ladies unlike those other shows.  Here's a short list:

Alti - Life with MrO since Ronnie's reign is coming to an end.  Would be 20 times better than Guy Gundy(?) talking about Ronnie's life without bbing.

Curry - Where is she now?  So much controversy during her reign while being represented by Manion Jr.
