taking suppliments on non workout days

Quick question fellaz should I take my Fat burners even on days when I am not workings out. I have a 12 hour a day jobs and it is very hard for me to get a good workout. Peace out.

Is lack of sleep the cause of your poor workouts? If that's the case, then take your fat-burners early. I had one bout of insomina, on Labor Day, because per the instructions, I took a serving (Hydroxycut Hardcore) an hour before my workout. I started using it on the weekend (I don't train on weekends) and consumed my 2nd serving by noon. I had no trouble sleeping on those days.

A good rule of thumb is not to take any thermos later than 4 p.m. That should ensure you get the right amount of ZZZZZZs.
