...man, you can just smell the Rookie Juice all over Phil Heath in this clip....his posing needs some work, and his pursed lips look is amateurish. BUT that being said, it's PHIL FUKIN HEATH and he's awesome, great stuff in the future for him.
The difference that gave it to Heath was LEGS....side chest, DAMN, that's a sliced ham to quad seperation! And from the back, those soft hams were easy pickin's for Heath's cut hams.
But ....I feel Darrem had Heath on the back double bicep...OTHER than the weak hams. Density, more muscle pop, Phil 'acted' confident but he didn't have the back that Darrem did.
Now really though, this clip is what pro bodybuilding is all about!...these guys looked awesome, no bulging guts, and GREAT muscle. Yet, it appears the majority want the freaks...which are fun to watch but it's not what I call bodybuilding.
THESE TWO represent to me where the sport's future is. GENETICS mixed with INCREDIBLE physiques.
Who's gonna cheer for a freaky mass monster when all Phil has to do is tweak another 10 pounds to become Mr O???.....bring on the new era!
