i think she is benching at least 225 though.. if you look at the plates u can tell which ones are fake (they have a more shiney appearance)... its the same type if not the exact same ones as the ones they use in flex magazine photoshoots

Listen carefully and you can hear the weights shifting around because no clamps are on the ends of the barbell. I think this woman is just really strong. I myself only use about 150lbs for 3 sets of 10 on the incline so far. Inspirational stuff and makes me want to hit the gym and beat my numbers.
