100 grams of Olive Oil = 900 calories
Fat from rinsed beef (can't rinse it all away) = estimated 75 grams = 675 calories
Carbohydrates (The body needs a minimum 100 grams of carbohydrates for proper brain function) 400 calories
Total Calories = 3375 calories.....

5 McDonalds Big Mac's = 2880 calories
