So I went into the gym today to work out back and chest. I finish my initial back work and go to the flat bench to warm up and I hear these three monster dudes weighing all of 160, 190 and 190 respectively and no muscular at all, just flab. They had just finished their set of 205 partial reps when I began my first set. I rack the weight and they have 225 on the bar. The biggest one does two half reps. I do my next set and when I'm done the next guy jumps on and does 5 reps. He then jumps up and says to his buddies, "remember when we all could do this for 10". I finished my thrid set and then hit up incline. These meatheads continued to do flat bench and the guy reminiscing about the good old days with ten reps starts talking about how he needs to shoot up again and get back in the gym. Personal proof that juice does not do all the work.
