When did Vince,Vinny & TJ become Ronnie, Jay & Dexter? WTF?

So can anyone tell me?  Whether or not the PDI succeeds is yet to be seen, but will someone, anyone!  Please tell me when the hell did these three "names" become such tremendous bodybuilders that the history of the PDI would rely solely on them?  I will give the credit to Mr. Taylor, Vince was certainly a tremendous bodybuilder in his day, and certainly a tremendous performer, and you can even say he is still a top level bodybuilder(having qualified for the Olympia.)  But Vinny?  Barely made the top 5 at the Nationals, TJ, good potential, lots of muscle, but one win does not a great bodybuilder make!  Funny how you come on the boards and read "First Vince, then Vinny, now TJ!"  Lol!

 3 crybabies!  First they complain about the IFBB/NPC, justifying their moves, then they "think" things over and "realize" where their future lies.  Are you kidding me?  And by the way, you don't think that they've done enough damage to their reputations by jumping then jumping back?  Ha! 

Sorry, it's just a bit irritating to see these guys basically seeking publicity and patting themselves on the back for "correcting" their mistakes!  The statement "First Vince, then Vinny, now TJ!" seems like they are the caliber of Ronnie, Jay and Dex!  HARDLY!  The PDI will fail/succeed with or without these 3, so please, you guys................ it's not that big of a deal that they won't be there.

The real shame is that outside of Priest, no other pro bber was willing to take a chance on PDI.

Competition between federations, would have only benefitted the bbers themselves, but they are too dumb to realize it.

It's sad really, I don't know how anyone can "work" for free and still remain loyal to their employer. These guys compete on their own dime, and the majority go home empty handed.

Had more of the pros entered (especially some of the second tier guys) the PDI show, I guarantee they (IFBB) wouldn't suspend anyone. Why? Strength  in numbers....imagine if half of the Olympia guys were suspended........

I understand why guys like Dexter, Ronnie, Jay, et cetera, wouldn't jump........they make a good living off the IFBB.

But the rest, I just don't get it.

Think about it.......

They get no benefits - They just don't care. How much of his dough did Weider share with the bbers? yeah, that's what I thought.

They get no guaranteed pay - again, why be loyal? They don't feed you.

They can't even get judged properly - the best guy doesn't always win. Shit, we see guys shafted at every show.


So why not take a chance? What have you got to lose? If nothing else, it says to the IFBB, "We're tired of your shit, so we'll try out the alternative. You want us around, do better by us."

Remember how the bbers benefitted from the WBF? Yeah, it has happened, and it could have happened again.

And before anyone here jumps on me, saying I'm pro PDI. Well, that's not the case at all. I would be for any other fed trying to start up and challenging the IFBB. 

Competition folks, benefits the fans and the bbers. Don't let the company men tell you otherwise. They are only looking out for themselves and their puppeteers' interests.......

 WOW! Funny, as an "Athlete's Rep" isn't that what you should be looking to change rather than put another organization down?  Any other "Union Rep" would want what's best for it's employees/athletes.  An opportunity to get paid to do a job would be nice.   Mr. Chick., with all due respect, maybe it's time you start to defend some of your athletes rather than the organization you represent.  Seems like you are more of a spokesman for the IFBB than it's athletes.  Do you fear losing your position or disappointing the higher ups so much that you wont speak an evil word/truth against them?  I understand and respect your loyalty, but an attorney or someone who truly acted as a rep would be salivating at the opportunity to have a rival organization threaten it's current employer.  Think about it, if it did work out, the negotiating and bargaining leverage would be undeniable.  If the athletes are truly "independent contractors" this would be a tremendous opportunity to create a better more profitable scenario!  I really don't understand.  As a rep your best interest should be to protect the atheletes, not protect the IFBB.

I dont know what happenned between the ifbb and demilia, but why are people so ignorant of a new federation?

chic is the 'ifbb' athlete rep so essentially this issue has nothing to do with him, unless he knows something we dont, which he probably does....lets face it.

Maybe the PDI should have an athletes rep as well?  Do the other organizations have their own reps.  Bob is the IFBB's Athletes Rep, so obviously he's looking out for the best interest of the IFBB and their athletes, he's not the "Every Amateur/Pro Bodybuilders Rep" 

Yes, I think he has an agenda, do you really think he's gonna bite the hand that feeds him (the IFBB).

Also, since they don't pay you, why not go to the PDI and try to earn a payday.......
