Nah, no pec implants.  I saw this guy compete at NABBA nationals and he was quite good.  Got 2nd in his class.  His conditioning was better for the NABBA show IMO.

I see from the picture that the lower pec looks unusual but I don't think its an implant or anything.  Good pec fullness, maybe some water or bit of gyno too, not sure.

They look unusually full but I don't think it's clear that they are pec implants.  Does anyone here have lots of experience with pec implants?  I don't.  The few pec implants I've seen are much thinner than anything a bodybuilder would want to use.  :-\
