Evan Centopani

I picked up the October issue of MD, and the junior nationals champ was on the cover. He looks great and has amazing size, esp. for 24. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how much stuff he is on? is he on GH?

I think I read somewhere that Dave Palumbo prepared him for the Junior Nationals so I guess he had an entire chemical arsenal at his disposal...

he was 250 in grade 9, chunky as shit, I'm sure he doesn't even need alot of shit, if he ain't on GH yet, boy, it'll be great to see the kinda rabbit he pulls out of his hat when/if he turns pro.

I think that was a very FAT 250...

Right now the guy is a monster. I can't believe that he is just a better bodybuilder than the big guys from 15 or more years ago. So the answer obviously has to be drugs, to a large extent.

You're the lacky of these forums there, slick...

Evan only uses creatine, glutamine and protein powder. He also I am told follows the Weider Training Principles and trains various pros routines he clips out of FLEX.

Ron Harris said in that article that fewer younger guys are bodybuilding these days.  I think it's mainly that it takes longer to build a competitive physique.

Yeah, these kids now-a-days are too lazy and afraid of hard work. Funny thing is, they still jump into the drug use.........

That's pretty deep MattC...I see what you are saying but the only time I get confused by Ron Harris' writing is when he describes every negroe who lifts weights in the gym as I quote: "Sexual and Sensually Salascious Greasy Mountains of Hot Ebony Chocolate Muscle." Tha...That usually throws me off right there, brah!

Did you read that article by Ron?  It was another excellent article written by him but I am confused when he said this:

Exactly what is this sport he speaks of?  Golf?  Figure skating?  Fishing?

And later on the same page, I didn't understand this part:

What exactly is this a reference for?

 ;D

Yeah, well, if you use the word "sport", it makes it sound more legit...........but we know the truth.  ;)
