except for intramuscular fats and the visceral kind, a true MASTER/Legendary bodybuilder will never get above 3 percent bodyfat if he knows what he is doing. overall there are very very few bodybuilders around that figured out how to get that low and maintain it, when in actuality it is easy to get there. the reason why they cant maintain that level of bodyfat it is because of overeating over a long period of time progressivly getting fatter slowly, being dellusional thinking they are putting on mass ect... you dont get fat by pigging out 10,000 calories in one day even though that is alot over a 4 day span ...3 days of dieting at 1000 calories and one day at 10,000 calories it only averages out to be a lil more than a couple thousand calories, proving further more the adonis principles that you can eat 5 pints of icecream 5 large pizzas 5 dozen doughnuts in one day and still be ripped with ease
