I've been using the dextrose yall mention.. 60 grams dex 5 grams creatine 20 grams whey protien with water.... works good and ive been eating two hours after this post workout shake a whole grain meal with meat with a muscle milk.....its been working wonders...lean as can be feel good and huge...Whats the deal with the maldextrin though
