Now I didn't read all the posts so bear with me but I would have to say that Sus. 250 as a backer would be ok depending on if you are dosing anything else with it. For example I took 300 Sus. 1X a wk, 250 Tren E 1 X a wk, and 200 Primo 1X a wk and had great results. My cycle lasted 12 wks total and I trained everyday either weights or cardio, sometimes both, and I ate clean food with the exception of two cheats meals a wk. Put on some good lean muscle mass.
