I found out the truth.According to maany reliable source Many pros are lazy. I didnt know that.

Paco is following old school intense diet.And maximum he didnt drink 3 days and his tongue ripped and came out blood(True story told me by himself).I dont know this time what he did it. But, Paco was always intense like this.
Imagine C Cormier or another dude do this? Naahhhhhh!!

Yes a lot. I have asisted numerous championship of Pro and Ama.
What they taught me was pic means nothing. But good quality video does.
First experience was diference between Mike Quin and Berry Demay.Berry looked very skinny comparing with Mike in Photo. But, on video, boooooh....Berry was way better. Dorian and Flex also. Many say Flex looks better when they dont see video, but they change opinion after seeing video.
I have been in every grand prix and same thing happen.

In 1991 I saw Mike Quinn, Berry de Mey and Lou Ferrigno in Den-Haag at a exposition of the WBF. You forget that Berry de Mey was 6`2 and Mike Quin just 5,9. Berry at that time was 250 pound`s and looking big.
He would never have looked skinny compared with Quin. De Mey was a bodybuilder that went for symmetry and not for mass, it`s  shame he didn`t win the Olympia.
I will post a few pictures of me and Benazziza, and Ferrigno.
