Troy Alves looks great at the O

IMO Alves is much improved at this year's O.  He always had the shape but nowhis conditioning is on point and his hams and glutes are coming in like he needed them to.  He suprised me in the pics.....

Another guy who is all arms, then people say he's too small, so he makes his arms even bigger.

Nah his quads are pretty big too and have great shape.  His chest striations in some of the pics are amazing.

I'm not saying he's up with the top 5 but I didn't think he'd look this good.

Definently the most overlooked in my mind judging from the callouts. His front double bicep is amazing. His back double bicep shows his conditioning is potentially his best ever.
