I emailed them to bitch and here is their response:

Before anyone makes any crazy assumptions, I'm sure that CQ's response from them is NOT an attempt to 'pass the buck'.   After all, Embarq offers a nice wealth of temporary bandwidth solutions.  Being at their mercy would entail limited resources - and Embarq offers highly scalable solutions.

I wonder what Embarq failed by not renting them enough bandwidth.  Very cool of Hardbody to point out Embarq's mistakes.

The second best thing would be to estimate high for bandwidth (which is almost certainly the problem - buffering).

The worst is to do what they've done.  Take your money and hope it works
