I think Joe is not very healthy. Th fact that he was not there is also the reason for Schwarzenegger not being there. Schwarzenegger hates Ben.

Couldit be he couldn't face Ronnie in person becasue they wanted to give the Sandow to Jay to stir things up and try tomake the IFBB more exciting. Things that makes you go ummmmmm?
