Dexter looked the best overall IMO. He has the best upper body hands down. He does need to work on his wheels a little though. He needs a more calves and detail in the hamstrings. Jay got a gift obviously. Ronnie needs to retire...his waiste is bigger than ever and his back was softer than ever. He still has a big quad sweep and the best front double bicep in the business. Its just not cutting it anymore for ronnie.

His trunks disappear into his waiste. Its a sign of age and too much HGH/AAS. His "upper glutes," for lack of a better term, really freakin stick out now and his obliques are out of control. I know, I know, many people are going to say he has always had a big waiste, but never this big my friends. Not even in 2004. He's just too old. He should call it quits before he ruins his legacy. I know he only prepares for the "O" but he should have known better than to show up like this. Maybe he was thinking he could get one more win and retire. It's obvious IMO, its over for King Ronnie.
