Ah, the gap between reality and what these two conceive themselves to be. Adonis is playing the role of that character so there is no delusion.

Mr Goodrum, aka Vince G CSN MFT, aka Venom Vince Versace opens a new door in the Diagnostical Statistical Manual IV because there is a chasm between what he perceives himself to be and what others see. He admonishes others as his inferiors when in fact Adonis would easily defeat him in a bodybuilding contest because they do not award places to guys with only one row of abdominals. That is what we call out of shape or the off season condition. The business ventures of Triple V are also suspect but the reality is the guy admits to driving a bomb, shopping at Walmart and staying at cheap hotels. One doesn't have to stay at expensive hotels to demonstrate wealth, but boasting on line about how successful one is and putting others down who are more successful smacks of grandiosity. Poor little Melvin Goodrum is a battler and is just getting by. His credentials are not proper degrees and he has no long-term experience or success on stage to support his profession. From where I am I would not call him a professional but a sham. If he was a sports nutritionist he would have been able to reduce his bodyfat considerably. That he presented on stage in a condition that can be described only as a beginner is proof positive that a substantial gap exists between who he thinks he is and what others actually see. In a word he defines 'delusional' on Getbig.  No matter how low he sinks nor how much criticism he receives he still considers himself a great bodybuilder on the way up. If he were in any other sport he would be pitied. Here on Getbig he is the fall guy, the sap, the poor bugger who looks like he will never win a show. He battles on completely oblivious of the status he has on Getbig. Someone praises him and his career is resurrected and he vows to compete in an upcoming show. The one certainty of Getbig is that Melvin will always amuse us. He does this when he is serious and telling us what he is going to do next. The profile he is generating is a stooge for sure. However, saying all this there is something likeable in the guy and you gotta admire his audacity and determination. The only time Venom Vince tasted reality was when he was pelted with rubbish and insults as a preliminary boy in professional wrestling. Of course, there are no photos or trace of Melvin actually having been a wrestler. Melvin makes a business out of fabrication and exaggeration. According to him, if you can make money out of marketing you are not delusional. Keep it up Melvin.
