Did Chris Cook & Gamma O 'bury the hatchet'?

Whatever happend to the lawsuit Cook had against Gamma O? Did they ever pay him the money they owed him for breach of contract?

I remember Gamma O's pres was coming here talking mad shit about Chris. Not nery professional for a prez of a company.
