Doesn't need to be garlic. Parsley acts like an internal body deodorant.

But maybe you're right, ...parsley may not be strong enough to tackle curry. A nuclear warhead might be better.

I usually get rid of garlic/onion by washing my hands with soap and water.  Then I rub my hands or fingers on stainless steel (the sink or a knife, watch the blade!).  Then rinse again.

Use tomato sauce.  It takes the stink from skunks out dogs so it should work on that
