UKGold as far as HCG goes I couldnt get any Americasn or European HCG, and I wil never put aything in my body made in Mexico.Plus the gym I train at is the same gym Jason giamabi said he bought steroids, in Vegas, so the feds still know about that gym.So you dont wont to go advertise the fact that I want HCG, and my supplier didnt have any HCG.
Mr intense one I know 600 grams of protein seems like alot of protein, but when I was taking in that much protein I weighed 290lbs.If you do the math that is only 2400 calories from protein, and I have a fast metabolism and I need atleast 3500 calories a day just to maintain weight.If yu do your research most of the top athletes take in around 1.75 to 2 grams of protein per body pounf per day.Plus by keeping my protein so high even at 290lbs my body was fat was fairly low, and my muscle were full and and vascular.I have been on both sides of the fence so to speak I was natural and I used anabolics and I found in both situations my body put on alot more qualty mass, when using 2 grams of protein per body pount per day .Another benefit was I train heavy, and by keeping my protein ,L-Glutamine and BCAAS at levels high this keptmy nitorgen levels in a positive balance so I had very few injuries.I think anybody who is serious about training, and waqnts to take there body to the next level needs to take in 1.75 to 2 grams of protein per body pound per day
