Cormier is one of the best ever, the pdi is basically the Lee Preist Guest Posing Tour (with idiots included)......

Yes, true.  The reality is that human beings just aren't meant to hold nearly as much muscle as we are led to believe.  Joe Meeko said that off steroids you will still be able to be larger than your max natural size because your body will be used to holding more weight than usual.  On the other hand, I'm not sure that without hormones your body can do that.


with the exception of a few Pros, it seems that most guys won't be able to hold 50% mass before their 50th birthday. Ronnie is 42yrs old and I bet in 8 yrs he'll still look good enough to win masters after masters
