because women dont need a gym to get into shape, period. for 99% of them all they need is cardio, and as mentioned before wall squats dont do shit. might as well do dumbell freestanding squats so you get used to the real motion; when you move to barbell squats you wont have something pressing up against your back / have the flat back like when you're doing wall squats, so im not buying the "helps you get used to it" theory
