is subway really that bad for u. i tend to have a sub from there 1-2 times a week. usualy the oven roasted chicken breast on wheat no mayo, just mustard, lettuce, and some oil and vinegar
Get Bigger, than whats with the dieting schmieting thing if you insist on eatin only clean foods to bulk? I just like to go with how my body feels. I have really high calorie days and times where i eat really clean but theres no sense in having to restrict yourself so much when bulking. Im not sayin im eating ice cream, candy bars, and downing milk shakes. I wont hesitate to get in on some pizza once during the week or eat some subway. Gotta eat big to get big.
You bulk up cleanly you save cutting time AND muscle mass.....which is important for me......maybe not for you, but it is for me. Plus re-read his post..........I do believe there is something in there about minimizing fat storage. Gotta eat big to get big........exactly...... .lol.
Right on, yeah i guess you could say its not too important for me. I dont like worrying about it unless im trying to cut up or lose weight or something. I just eat pretty clean and lift hard. Works for me.
eating "clean" is a fallacy, a few Snickers bars, some ice cream, a few slices of pizza, burgers, chips, etc. on top of your "clean" food is a fantastic way to put on size, it's all a calorie game and those foods are very calorie dense.
And thats all the matters bro, is what works for you. I typically cut every spring time so its a pain in the ass if I overeat during the winter and have to lose like 30 lbs. I have learned to do it clean since I have a slower metabolism and gain fat storage easier than you probably do.
