Shari was astounded on why people are so blown away by Ronnie Coleman's numbers, that's why he has to harder hence the 4 sets of 800 pound deadlifts for 12 reps, 585 pound barbell rows for 4 sets of 12 and 10000 pound tbar rows max.
just push some weight!
