Duhhh...does doin' a "bench bump" havin' short little arms, a deep thorax (so that I only have to press/throw the bar a few inches), bouncin' the weight off of my chest, archin' my back/hips a foot off of the bench, and wearin' an Inzer bench shirt count...huh???! I mean I'm usin' up to a full 25% of the muscles in my body!
What a fucckin' ridiculous test/measure of "strength"!!! No wonder we rank 100th in the world in Olympic weightlifting!
