OMG... I was watching the fit show... and it was showing a preview segment.. and they showed shawn ray with a tank top on...

he looks contest ready muscle mass wise... if he cuts i think he can make a comeback... if thats a recent vid...

I'm convinced Jerome Ferguson is a women in disguise. Remove their bras and stuff their trunks and no one will question the genders of the top female bodybuilders.

you can retain alot of muscle mass if you eat right, still train etc after years of pro bb.

Shawn does look good, and Mr. C is quite the interviewer, he comes off as very professional, he's great on camera, and does not come off as a big moron. What I want to know how much he paid the cameraman to get those shots of his calves in almost all the shots, plus we even get the mirror view of his calves when Jerome is working out.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Jerome? Cut the hair please...unless you want to be in a drag show.

No he won't. He is different than most pros in that he is incredibly emotionally stable and grounded. He just isn't driven in the same ways that make the other pros come back later on, whether it be to feed their ego or prove something else to themselves. Shawn retired in 2001, and that is that.

Jerome's lisp and looks sort of remind me of Mike Tyson. If you told me he and mike were related, I could buy it.

God, Jerome should do something with that 'do of his. It looks terrible. If he wants long hair he should twist it, but the straight perm has got to go.
