Have any of yall tryed this I just got it and decided to mix it with my dextrose...but the jug says 4 scoops is one serving but they dont give you a scooper so whats up with this...i dont know how much to use..

It's 100% maltodextrin.

1/4 C would be a scoop which would be about ~~60 grams



BTW ~ unless you got it free, you spent too much...
