Try to get your diet 100%, than add amino acids, creatine, bcaa and maybe glutamine if you have the money.

That's it, forget "Leagl gear" and any supplement ending on ...'drol'.

I've experimented with tribulus.  In my opinion, there is no discernable benefit.  The few studies which have been conducted also failed to support the muscle building benefits of this substance.  My advice is save your money.

Don’t know about the Legal Gear line, but I recently tried ABB’s TRIBULUS SHOT.
I seldom invest in anything other than protein.
A buddy of mine is an ABB beverage distributor, and if it weren’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have tried this either.

TS has 1440 mg of Trib.
Also has arginine and AKG.
Caffeine is on the list, too.

I’ve taken it twice pre-workout and noticed a positive effect on mood and performance.
I doubt it’s from the caffeine because I can take ABB’s Speed Stack and remain relatively unaffected.

You’re about my age. Perhaps you’ll experience similar effects.
I’ve never tried any other form of Tribulus, but I may now to see how my body reacts. I’d like to know if the effects I experienced are a result of the drink or Tribulus in general.

Trib Shot runs about $3-$3.50 / bottle in gyms.
Haven’t seen it anywhere else yet.
I don’t get out much.

And if you haven’t guessed it from the name, yes – it comes in the same aluminum bottle as the Speed Shot.

I use Ultimate Nutrition's Tribulus. Two capsules yield 1500 mg of Trib.

Make sure you get the kind that has at least 45% saponins. I combine it with 1000 mg ALC, 600 mg NAC and 1000 mg Vitamin C. That's similar to an old supplement, Acetabolan-II.

I've been doing this for several months and it's been working quite well for me. To me, it takes at least 1000 mg of Trib (with the 45% saponins) to have any decent effect. Certain posters here use WAY more than that.

I have to disagree with the drol comment.  Yes there are tons of shitty fake steroid name supps, SDI labs comes to mind but to say that superdrol does not work is wrong IMO.  Now I am not saying that its a walk in the park but used write some of the stuff out rite now works well for lots of people.

But honestly, who is stupid enough to put full fledged steroids into his body that have NEVER seen any sort of testing or medical supervision?
all these PH and Designer-Roid scams plus that shitty Tribulus placebo effect is throwing money and health out of the window.
Stick to good old healthy food, and you results will be far better in the long run.

I hear Tribulus is a plant steroid, which is probably why all the naturals want to get on it, since it's legal. Never tried it myself.

Your wasting money trusting the legal roids thing. If they really did anything of substance to build they would not be legal.  If you want results then use the real stuff and probably around the same price or cheaper.  Many have seen some benefits in tribulus after a cycle of real steroids but.  Tribulus may have some benefits.

But stay away from companies making their product look like steroids.  The sad thing is that some people think that this stuff sold at healthfood stores is steroids.
