As for the Grabbing of a guy around the neck in the gym over a girl, it was the other black guy named JJ MArsh back in 91.
I saw it, he was arguing with his then girlfriend and grabbed her, other members of the gym broke it up.
Goes to show you how twisted stories can get when a Big Black guy is in the gym and some knucklehead see's him and lumps him together with all Big Black guys.

Michael Irvin mentioned ROMO, was a good athlete for being white.  So why can't a white person say "wow, he is smart for being black?" etc.

You ever seen Artie Lang perform, he does an awesome joke about when he played at a basketball event was the only white guy and dropped the "N" bomb but it was hilarious.

He will look good,and will still be quite large due to the fact he trained and dieted over 20 year's and has a lot of muscle mass due to being a pro and doing what pro's do to be like that.whether u believe him or not a truly natural shawn in good shape will be something to see.i'm not expecting mr olympia shawn but i'm sure he will look very good.
