induction machine just means a force producing machine to keep it simple, i find this paragraph extremely thought provoking yet understandable to anyone..this kinda relates to all of us how sometimes the 'effort' we use to just get started with a project or a workout greatly exceeds the effort of but not the work we do in a workout
