So. DVD is all black and white, rock music, no talking. Pretty much all of frank mcgrath (small cameos of our own rhino spotting him). A video of him lifting in black and white with rock in the background. He doesnt explain the exercises, but he does them with very strict form. Incline barbell, flat barbell, dumbbel flys, dumbell pullovers, cable crossovers.
Frank is huge, very vascular and upper arms are huge and forearms are like meat hooks. Show him posing a little bit at the end and some special footage of stills in the end.
All in all a good DVD, only 30 min long. If you want to see frank speak and explain the exercises - then this is not a DVD for you. If you want to get motivated before a chest workout, see some strict form and get ready to hit the iron, then check it out.
