sup bros,havent been opn thatmuch lately as much as id like,been working too much,anyways i started my diet and training in january of this year and i was 340,now im 244.4
i did the hydrostatic bf test today and was 244.4 lbs and was 28.4% bf,last time i did it in june 21/2006 i was 275.9 and 35.1 percent
so ive lost 4 pounds of muscle since june21/06 ,is that bad?i mean ive been lifting weights and eat protein all throuout the day and eat 5-6 meals a day,i tried my best to not lose any muscle
