lol that is where I used to buy all my sups cause he is a friend of a friend and I thought I was getting a good deal. The guy is sorta cool but is working you hard!

well, if you want good price alexxx go at muscle depot on jean talon corner lacordaire, the guys name is danny, he used to be canadian champion in arm wrestling....

when the guy gets to know you, he makes really good price.

He was doing brutal inclines with the 45s.
I just grabbed them off him and smashed his skull in with them!!
