These types of sites are hit or miss. They may be selective scammers or you might get your stuff seized at the border. Find a domestic source, it's not hard.

I lost 20 pounds from pneumonia and taking a few weeks off from the gym afterwards. It was not fat and water that I lost (I wish). It will take me quite some time and muscle memory to gain it all back. Once I am a reasonably lean 205 I might consider something to hit 215 or 220, but not until then.

I've been playing around with weights for the past couple of weeks and to put things in perspective, my bench dropped from 315 for three to a one rep max of 290 today although I think I could have got a bit more had I not tried my one rep max on my fifth set. I deadlifted 405 and it was a struggle for me where before it would have been no problem to do in the mid 400s. I was actually gunning to hit 500 in January before getting sick. Believe me, I feel really different and a whole lot worse, and you're right - muscle memory rules! Hopefully by the Arnold Classic I'm at least 200 pounds and back to peak strength.
