I was wondering what the amount of volume for a natural trainee is?
Can a natural train as hard as someone who is on drugs or not?
Does as natural has to 'slow' him self down on training
It would be nice if Milos could share his thoughts about this subject
From my personal experience you can train as hard as you can, and put lots of intensity until you faint. Problem is that you will need more time to recover, and your growth will never be similar to a juiced guy. There are advantages, if you stop training you won't "disappear", because through the years you will naturally alter you structure, but never to the point that you probably want. My advice: No more than 9 sets for each muscle group (except leg, go aroun 12). Ocassionaly you should do drop sets. Again, the real problem is recovery, not strength it self, you are stronger than a guy that comes off after years of usage, and your body won't be looking like a fat guy with weak muscles. Everything has a counterpart.
