I have tried them, and I didn't think they worked so well.  You don't feel anything, much less notice results. Supposely if you stack them with 3rd degree burn, like I did they are suppposed to work pretty well, but I got much better results from ECA stack.  If you want a good ECA stack I highly recommend http://www.senutrition.com/metabolic-fuel.html
