Depends what do you consider by "bb"...
Lee's results are more impressive and without taking anything away from Lee (he is certainly a "living legend" of professional bodybuilding - regardless of the federation that he is representing at the moment...) - but Bob's structure is better...
If you look at balance, symmetry, proportions, width (let me say this again: WIDTH)...V-taper, height (should I say this again also? OK - HEIGHT
) - than Bob does have a chance to maybe defeat Lee - if they decide to play basketball...
