 I can't wait to see "insidescoop" walking around the Arnold Expo with a 30 gallon VPX bag with a 30 gallon EAS bag going booth to booth reaching his paw over to grab a few little packets of 'AMPed' and 'LeanMassMatrix' packets. Then going by the M.T. booth standing in the big crowd jumping up and down waving his hand in the air for the free t-shirt some scantly clad slut is throwing out to the crowd.

 Then he waits in line 15 minutes to take a pic with Monic Brant and actually FEEL special because he put his righthand 4 inches above her waist for the pic.

 Hahahahaha! Then "insidescoop" calls up his buddy back home and goes..."DOOOOD...guess who I just met...I swear...MONICA BRANT! YUP! DOOOOD...she is soooo HOT! Yup....naw dude she was cool...yea we were talking for like 5 minutes....awww man she is so hot...yup....cool...aigh t I'll get some pictures...alright...coo l...alright call me later...alright...bye".

Ya man . It has been almost 2 years now. Came back to see my dad who was very sick. He passed away 6 months ago. Coincidently, i opened my fitness center about a year ago and i guess i am back for good now. I will be competing again at the IFBB Australian Pro Grand Prix on March 10 in Melbourne. My fourth pro show so far and hopefully i will be qualify for the big O soon. I will be trying my luck too at some of the European Grand Prix shows later this year

     thanks Vinny. Mine is a fitness center with free weights, machines, and a studio for group classes like aerobics, yoga etc etc. It's located in the heart of the city, Kuala Lumpur. We hav e been in business for slightly over a year now and we are doing pretty good so far.
     You do have a nice studio dude. I still remember i did some posing practice with John Hyatshak in your studio a few days before my first pro show, the NOC 2003. Thank you for letting us do that.
     THis will be my first pro show after a 3 year's hiatus. I will try my best and go in and see what happens in Melbourne.
     Sure you will do well at this year's Master's Nationals. Hopefully i will see you in the IFBB pro soon pal!
