After my training, I go out warm up my truck and then pull up front to get my kids (who were swimming) and what do I see?

MY FUCKING GYM HAS VALET PARKING

LOL yeah thats funny they had it at x-sport last 2 years in the winter rush season, cause there was not enough parking at the gym. Well this year they bought another parking lot next door and said goodbye to the valets. I could hardly believe it when I first saw the before.

LOL- I work out at a fckn bally total fitness and chalk is against the rules. dosn't stop me from using it though. I have been training there for 5 years and the only reason im still a memeber there is because they hook me up a yearly membership for 100$ since ive been a memeber so long.

Man i hate the new years crew...

it looks like a bench press and curl competition everyday....and all these fucks that stand 1 foot from the DB rack drive me nuts!

when doing incline DB press on monday my friend and i would just roll the heavy DB's down the line and yell "WATCH YOUR FEET". little fuckers move quick when they have a DB rolling at them...i usually carry them but not with a torn ACL.

i worked for a chain of gyms....one of which had an escalator going up to it......the escalator was built by BMW and they had to wait about 2 weeks for the parts from germany when it broke down. 100's of people complained, and a few said thay would cancel their membership if they had to use the stairs!!!!!

and guess what was on the upper level?

you guessed it...

CARDIO!!! LOL

i fucking hate people sometimes....we need a plague to wipe out the stupid!

3 frat bays were standing 1 foot each in front of the dumbell rack yesterday looking in the mirror and curling 20lb dumbells in sync... I had just got done doing dumbell flats and was heading for them (to re-rack) and they were all in the fucking way and i blew at them like a whale and they all slid to the left like some kind of fucking musical chairs..... I´ve been to these "fitness center" places when i have traveled and they suck donkey balls.The Gym i go to is in a basement, with plenty of plates and stuff. theres allways heavy metal banging and shit. Well, it´s not as HC as it used to be, about four-three years ago it was really balls to the wall, now it´s half packed with these 120-150lbs "champs"...
The owner changed and it´s just not the same, well i guess it doesn´t matter since i do what i want when i want. This sunday we had to go to this "granpa gym" and people where "oh my god, what are they doing"
I said we are NOT exercising we are FUCKING TRAINING! My training partner and i are fed up whit these a-holes, that just take up space and BS all the time...
If i had to go to one of these "faggy gyms" i´d just by plenty of free weights and train at home.
