Why is it always steroid "abuse"
« on: January 16, 2007, 01:44:42 PM »
Why the f*cking word ABUSE.  Do alchohol abusers drink for 6 weeks then take 6 weeks off?  Do they work out, eat well and take great care of thier bodies?

They throw this word abuse in to demonize the use of it.  It is just sickening.

Not everyone takes time off. many stay on for years at high doses and i would consider that "abuse".

just like abusing pain killers...etc.

Abuse is taking a substance that you don't need physically or mentally.

Good point. Reasonable logical thinkers make a distinction between use and abuse.

Unfortunately, to the fear-mongering media and the intellectual midgets who form the general population, all steroid use is abuse...
