Yeah but at the time he was big. Arnold winner after that vid was taken. He was a mass monster before there were mass monsters!!!

I remember in '95, I had just gotten seriously into bodybuilding, he was IT besides dorian. In 94, he won his first 3 pro shows in a row, since only one guy has done that, The Gift. Mike was probably one of the best bodybuilders ever, he was huge, shredded, had a phenomenal back and legs, great balance, no weak body parts, very nice guy etc. He used to work with jay's nutritionist, chris aceto. I think he had better genes than jay, but jay has had time that mike didn't. One of the greats for sure.

He still trains people in Columbus.  He has shrunk due to medical problems.  Except for his calves, they are still better than any pro competing today.

Good post!  Didn't he win the Arnold that year too ... against a good line up?  Wasn't Flex Wheeler second?   Francois coulda been easy top 3 at the "O" in my humble opinion.
