this is fuckin WSM training, his cardio isnt as bad as you would think to get through this training. I just think he has put too much emphasis on the size of his physique

Yeah he looks slugish too when he moves, good thing tims slow too lol That training is pritty brutal tho but its to much heavy lifting and pushing and no speed emphasis although I'm shure this is just a small part of his whole program (I hope)
