honestly thats more impressive to me than regular reps
why?
1) speaks volumes about his self esteem
2) polly equals to him being stronger than ronnie
i do 'clinical' reps for everything..i even squat clinically...for the most part (the last few reps non withstanding)..
and i absolutely believe thats the key to optimal muscle growth...
you can substitute perfect reps with heavier weights though...which is what most do..
