Wonderful Meal!
« on: January 29, 2007, 10:05:54 PM »
I just ate 4.5 Ounces of Lean Ground Buffalo (40g protein), Grilled on the George Foreman and stuffed in a Whole Wheat Pita.  I also grilled 5 pieces of Asparagus, it was excellent!....

Just wanted to share that with everyone!

I found low-fat chicken nuggets - they were "baked not fried".  Only had about 2.5 grams of fat per serving...  And they tasted like hog rectum!  I wouldn't recommend!

They're a pain in the ass to clean though!  Or do you guys just treat it like a real grill, and just casually scrub it down before each use?

Yes! Thats the only problem, hard as f#(@ to wash.  :(

I put it half way over the edge of the sink, scrub it, then spray it off.

u need a cordless jug , boil the water , have the grill on for a min or so then turn off , pour a layer of the boiled water over then wipe down and repeat , best method ive ever used hands down

gotta hav an official sponge with the 2 sides tho :)

Buffalo's a great protein source.  Elk is very good as well.
