Chick, what is your "State of The Union" address?

Tonight, the President of the United States delivers his State of the Union address.  Bob, as the professional bodybuilders' representative, what would be your "State of Bodybuilding" address for 2007?

"I've appointed Chad Nicholls to be in charge of investigating these charges of drug use in the sport.  I am confident in Chad, he's been doing a huckuva job, and I know that if there is any wrongdoing in the sport, he'll find it"
