imagine, strap somebody on a chair and use that gun on him/her, they would think they are on fire but there would be no physical wounds.... perfect.
Their minds would blow eventually but they talk for sure.

I love the double-speak employed. It is a "Counter-personnel weapon" that provides "a compelling heating sensation". Why don't they call it what it is. A toture device? If this is on the news now, it wouldn't at all surprise me if they've been testing, tweaking, and experimenting with it on live 'detainees' for a few years.

LOL yea let's cut the shit and get right down to it... Basically they've created a weapon to microwave people alive.  Yippie fried Skippy!!!!  :-X Oh thanks police state for not shooting me ::)
