When is your workout? Between 2 and 3, or before 1? Also, you're sure 2171 is enough? Sounds pretty low. What % drop is that from your maintenance cals?
I've found it helpful to add % to my spreadsheet for each meal and for the day. Overall, you've got 34% carb, 39% protein, 27% fat. If you wanted to "knock out the fat" all I can see is to eliminate the flax oil from meal 5 and only keep 1 yolk with 5 whites in meal 1 (you may be surprised how quick the yolks bump the fat %). The fish and steak you probably ought to keep.
