Does anyone here use Glutamine peptides?

I guess it survives the gut and is 10 times better absorbed than free form L-Glutamine.

I think it also doesnt have the same ammonia raising effect as the free form version.

Either way I will make sure to keep my Arginine levels high to soak up the extra ammonia.

some say glutamine makes no no difference when bodybuilding body no good for nothing no me i dont know gut people say that when people talk about glutamine !!!
