You will need to take big doses of supplemental Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, Sulfur, and Phosphorus. You will need Sodium in the form of sea salt too. These are all available in powder form.
If you dont take these bulk minerals, your body will be: weak, inflexible, unable to detoxify, maintain normal pH, unable to produce brain chemicals, and unable to relax (or run the kreb cycle). Plus your immune system would be shot.
I would take Lots of A, B's, C, D, E, and trace minerals too.
Then I would use some for of fiber too (grapefruit pectin powder, pectin powder and psyllium husk powder)
You would need to add fish oil/flax oil to your shakes.
